All services are subject to availability and specific client agreements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your hiring needs and organization.
Cooperate fully with our recruitment and consultancy processes.
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including Cambodia's Labor Law.
Not use our services for any unlawful or discriminatory purposes.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of TDV ACCEL SERVICE or its content suppliers and is protected by Cambodian and international copyright laws. 6. Fees and Payments

Fees for our services are outlined in individual service agreements or engagement letters. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are non-refundable and are due within the payment terms specified in your agreement. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TDV ACCEL SERVICE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the six months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TDV ACCEL SERVICE, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
